We’re underway here at Fenway Park in Boston, as the Yankees put a first-inning run up on Felix Doubront. CC Sabathia has the ball tonight for the Yankees, on a night when Michael Pineda accepted a 10-game suspension and Ivan Nova opted to undergo season-ending Tommy John surgery.

where did they scratch up Greene and Billings from? Is that the best we have in the system? Greene last night and Billings tonight. Send them back down and get someone who can get the job done(if we have anyone)

obviously not a good outing for Kuroda tonight. And the offense is rather weak as well. That’s always the worry when a team scores so many runs one night you wonder what is left in the tank for the next night. They need to win every series possible this season to compete in the AL east.

BAD night all around tonight. Kuroda is a BETTER pitcher than this performance tonight.

Was that McCann’s first stint playing 1B?

Yes, it was!

damn yankee bullpen sucks again! if the bull pen doesn’t get its act together it could be a long season. It’s a good job CC pitched such a strong game and we got lots of offense or we’d be giving another game away tonight

come on Girardi get this kid out of there. He should never been brought up. He stunk in spring training. Send him back quick. Is that all we have in our minor league system to bring up? Wake the hell up before we end up losing a game we were winning by 10 runs in the 7th,.

is this the best the Yankees have in their system? Shane Greene? He was friggin useless in spring training. He got hit all over the yard. Claiborne wasn’t any good either. Don’t know what this guy Billings will do but man we are very thin at the minor league level in good pitchers we can bring up and throw them right into a major league game. it’s a good job we’re ahead by 10 runs but even that lead can evaporate in a hurry with a team like Boston and a couple of at bats to go.
