Spring Game 4: Yankees at Tigers

greetings-from-lakeland-floridaThe Yankees get the honors of being on the opposite end of Max Scherzer’s spring debut this afternoon, as the reigning Cy Young Award winner takes the mound for the Tigers here at Joker Marchant Stadium. Adam Warren gets the ball for the Yankees, with first pitch set for 1:05 p.m. ET.

There’s no Yankees TV or radio for this game. The Tigers have a radio broadcast.

How did Montgomery do today? He was suppose to be joining the bullpen this year and had problems last year if I recall.

1 in the bank. 1-2 sure better than 0-3. Yankees playing a split Tigers team. Hopefully this will get the Yanks going. Going to be interesting to see Tanaka in his debut.

are the kids in the bullpen going to blow this game as well? Up 7-0, now 7-4.
Come on guys. Embarrassing to go down 0-3 even if it is pre season. Certainly seeing early which pitchers might stay in the bull pen and which ones will be sent back to the minors.
