Can’t ask for more from the bullpen

It might get lost in the Freddy Garcia talk, but the Yankees bullpen did a heck of a job today once again. They’ve combined for 7 1/3 innings of one-run ball this afternoon, permitting two hits.

Clay Rapada got four outs, David Phelps got nine, and neither allowed a hit. Cody Eppley gave the Yankees three innings of one-run ball, and one of the two hits he allowed was a Miguel Cabrera solo homer.
