Teixeira visits Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center
Yankees first baseman Mark Teixeira visited patients this week at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He spent the day answering questions from some of the hospital’s outpatients, meeting children and giving out a Yankees DKNY teddy bear and a signed baseball. He then visited the hospital rooms of more than a dozen additional patients.
