Let’s go YANKEES!

That Baltimore lead was short lived!

Rookie mistake!

Burnett!!!

The guy just can’t put together multiple good starts!

Absolutely right RobertG about Burnett. Regardless of what this season brings for this team I hope they send this guy packing. Maybe AJ for Zambrano or AJ for Wandy. Houston is but a hop, skip and a jump from Arkansas.

Almost out!

Hey Seek! Good to see someone!

Well, we’re back even!

We walk on egg shells with AJ on the mound!

By definition not quite a quality start!

Hey RobertG. Wonder what the fans will see more of this year; AJ’s wild pitches or Nunez’s errors?

Welcome back BUSTnett. After your last start someone might have confused you with a Cy Young candidate. Thanks for clearing things up with another mediocre start. Clearly BUSTnett needs to be the one sent packing to the bullpen, there simply isn’t another clear candidate, especially after Hughes’s last start.

You really should by each of the Yankee hitters dinner after saving your sorry neck once again.

Amen RobertG, he’s slated to be in the bullpen IF he even makes the postseason roster. After that I hope mgmt. pedals him somewhere else like the teams I earlier suggested.

Gotta wonder what team will be dumb enough to take that mess off the Yankees’ hands with his contract.

Hey Matt!

I just go back to BUSTnett’s start vs. the Whitesox a number of weeks ago. Up 13-1 and the Bozo could NOT get through 5 innings of work then curses with his manager present. Clearly, he needs to be out of NY.

I don’t have much confidence in Hughes anymore. If he can only reach 92, he’s gotta learn a split-finger and become a different pitcher IMHO!

I think it’s still a little bit too early to give up on Hughes. Don’t forget he only has 1 full major league season as a starter, I get the feeling Hughes was just gassed from last season and had nothing in the tank for this season. I feel if he can continue to go out and have successful outings his confidence will come back followed by his velocity. I would see how he does next season before giving up on him. IF he flames next year then I would say he is a complete flop.

yankmeister the Astros are a candidate. They can unload Wandy for him, if the Yankees throw in some salary. Also even up for Zambrano. The salaries cancel out. Zambrano is a headcase but does have something in the tank.

Didn’t Hughes have one like that also Seek?

I don’t see a trade, but since we’re done choking on Igawa, maybe we can swallow AJ’s contract!

I guess any arm would be an upgrade………….but I have little interest in Wandy.

Matt, are you still a big Hughes fan?

I still have confidence in Hughes, see my previous posting.

This has to be a stretch by Joe! AJ @ 106 pitches!

From what I’ve heard about Zambrano, his tank is near empty, not nearly as good as he was a few years ago.

Only one pitch!!! Good!

I wonder if Wandy can pitch in the AL.

My warped mind has moved Hughes to “injury prone” with the dead arm thing.

The “Big Z” would be poor in the clubhouse. And Wandy is just another guy whose ERA would balloon in the AL. Just my impressions.

I wonder what Valdes is doing?

WOW. Great pipes on the fireman!

Man. Who’d think Farnsworth would be not-worthless! He’s in for the save @ Tampa Bay.

And he blew it! Gotta give him more mention!

Yeah, but I would rather not have that meathead on this roster again. Just another pitcher who couldn’t pitch in NY.

Kinsler took him deep!

I think he no longer throws triple digits!

Foo! A walk-off win for the Rays in the tenth!

Foo! We don’t need extras.

Can’t agree on either Wandy or Zambrano. Either one would be an upgrade over AJ. Zambrano’s problems stem from the franchise he pitches for. I mean the Cubs STINK and always will. Wandy’s team is NOT much better. I mean we already know that BUSTnett stinks, why not take a chance on either one of them. Either that or trade the bum to the Twins for Liriano. At this point anything is better than AJ.

You are right RobertG they do not need extra innings.

I think we soon would become disenchanted with either.

I’d rather have some undeveloped Class A arms. At worst Noesi could start next year.

Let’s go Alex!

What a record for AJ. A new standard for wild pitches!

You’re right BUSTnett has 20 WP’s alone this year, a career high, and 53 overall in less than 3 full seasons with the Yanks. WTF!!!!!! At least the number of batters he has plunked has gone down from 19 last year to 7 this year. OH Lordy!!!!!

Fooo!

In the offseason with someone PLEASE teach Eduardo Nunez how to field!!!! 18 errors for a part-time player is way, way, way, way too many. Inexcuseable fielding. This guy needs to get together with the person that worked with Cano to improve his fielding.

He’s always been a weak fielder, it will keep him from being a full time starter if he doesn’t fix that problem.

Damn!

Let’s go Curtiss!

Nunez can’t redeem himself!

That’s all folks! See ya guys!
