Ivan Nova optioned to Triple-A
Looks like the Yankees have figured out what they want to do with Phil Hughes. It was just announced that Ivan Nova has been optioned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, meaning Hughes is pretty much a lock to start on Wednesday at Cleveland.
Lance Pendleton is up from Triple-A to take Nova’s spot on the active roster.
