allowed the decisive run of a 9-7 loss on a passed ball.
Granderson not content with debut
Round 1 between Jonathan Papelbon and Curtis Granderson went to
Papelbon, when the Yankees’ new center fielder grounded out to put the
final touches on Opening Night — a 9-7 loss for the Yankees on Sunday.
But there will be plenty more at-bats against Papelbon this season.

I wish this team had dumped Pettitte’s ***. He’s old and sucks. I really want to see them bring back Clemens.I wish they still had Ramirez in the pen. I loved him as a reliever.
Gardner sucks as a LFer!!! He can’t hit and as we all saw can’t field. What a waste as a player.
