Posada getting back to normal
Jorge Posada had mid-March circled on his calendar for the longest time, because that was when Brian Cashman had promised him he’d be catching in Grapefruit League games.
Four uneventful innings later, the Yankees will take what they saw. Posada didn’t seem to have any trouble working with Andy Pettitte and Phil Coke on Sunday and says he’s right on track in his recovery from last year’s surgery on his damaged right rotator cuff.
“I’m just hoping the next time somebody steals, so I’ll be able to throw down there and see how it feels,” Posada said. “That’s the thing – to see how quick I’m going to be, how the ball is going to get there. I’m just hoping that everything stays good after that.”
Posada will catch again on Tuesday against the Pirates in Tampa, working with CC Sabathia.

I wish the season would start already. I can’t wait any longer.

I’m glad Posada is feeling better.

I guess Ken Lee Jenson is with the Dodgers and they will try to turn him into a pitcher because of his arm.
I am so glad Posada is doing good. He is one of my favorite Yankees.

Great news about Posada. Now if he can throw out a runner trying to steal, I’ll really be happy.
