A-Rod hears mixed reception

Alex Rodriguez got the loudest reception during pre-game introductions here at Dunedin Stadium. But there was lots of applause, most of it coming from behind the Yankees’ dugout. Remember, we’re only 40 minutes from Tampa.

I’m not sure what people were expecting. I mean, it’s Dunedin, not Fenway Park. A-Rod is probably going to hear it the most this year in the places where he was already hearing it anyway — Boston, Seattle and Texas.

It’s funny – the Red Sox pre-season games are all being televised and it doesn’t seem like many other teams are.

I’ll post when I can but we have to run off to the clubhouse in-game. First pitch from Cecil to Brett Gardner is a strike.

Hey Bryan, it seems there is no radio or gamecast for today, would you be able to do some in-game updates? Thanks
