I understand Jorge is going to be out, but for how long? That’s the question that’s itching me. If it’s a shoulder thing, I hear those injuries could be career threatening. I obviously wish the best for J-Po, but looking at the situation at hand, we need a backup backstop now. With only Molina out there, we can’t possibly think Ensberg is our emergency backup. It’s time to see how that catcher talent we’ve been brewing down there reacts to some Big League action, although I think Cashman is going to phone Moeller ( argh ). Cervelli? Montero?
P.J. Pilittere who is 27 years old is batting .313 down in Trenton. No one can hit in Tampa. Jesus Montero is batting .364 down at Charleston. Here are his stats…

Wow, now the Molina signing looks BRILLIANT. Anyone going to give Cashman credit for that one, or are we just going to wait when his mistakes show up?
Sal Fasano please.

Just watching TWIB and I see Will Nieves getting a little spotlight down in Washington.
Fasano has decent D but his offensive skills are non existent.
